I keep getting these offers in the mail in April of 0% balance transfers for a year, how I can transfer my balance from one to another, without penalties or charges?
Check the small print to ensure, but can you keep transferring from one offer to another without penalty, although some banks now charge a fee for transferring your card balance credit.
