What is the best method to borrow money on Credit card at low fixed rate?
I have around 5,000 on two cards each one at 3.9 and one at 4.9%. I have one more card with 5000 at 10%. I would like to get that at a low fixed rate. What is the best way to ask for that on the other two cards without paying transfer fees.
What is the best and how to ask for the lowest rate without transfer fee.
Call the issuers of the cards with the low fees and ask them if they can give you a no-fee balance transfer.

It's getting a low rate fixed credit card best 0% intro?
I went on a credit card comparison site called of www.CreditCardRadio.com was very helpful and got me a low fixed rate credit card. Would it have been better for me to get the rate of introduction 0% for 12 months? Both options seemed like a good deal. My fixed rate is 4.99% for life of transfer.
Since you must pay your credit card total credit each month, the rate should not really matter. If you owe the credit card companies, you are not managing your finances wisely and should stop using them.
